Hello, from the world of being 39 weeks pregnant! With baby girl coming any day now (her due date – Black Friday 😎), I thought I'd send a quick note to share how I'm prepping to take 2 months off, and what you can expect from me. First – the big, big project is this: Ads Vault. It's a new brainchild of mine. And with the holiday season coming up, when most people have their best quarter ever, I thought I'd teach something that has always helped me boost my sales for any promo: paid ads. For anyone tired of playing the organic algorithm game, this is for you. After spending over $2.4M on ads (WILD) over the years, I'm sharing what's working for me today, including ads of mine that you can steal. Plus, I'm throwing in Goldie, my AI trained bot, who can help you ideate, conceptualize, and write ad copy. ––– Today, I received not 1, not 2, not 3, but FOUR Amazon packages. A record in my household. (My husband tried to bite his tongue, but couldn't once the 4th package arrived - a Christmas tree!) All I can say is hey... welcome to the world of a nesting mother, who wants to do nothing over December except chill with her newborn next to the Christmas tree. 😇 I've been sharing more and more about my motherhood journey on Instagram... I honestly might be having an identity crisis soon as an Instagram educator because lately, my "hot tips" have not been performing the same as my personal stories and shares. Have you noticed the same? When I study my feed, I notice that most posts come from accounts I don't follow (ie, it's "recommended" content). And they typically have their expertise interwoven with their personal stories. Gone are the days with posts that start with: "5 tips to write a LinkedIn profile." Instead, I'm seeing a personal twist added to each headline. Think:
...Kind of like how I've been writing emails lately. A mix of personal and business. And exactly the kind of examples I added into my free guide, Viral Vault. Are you adding in more personal storytelling to your marketing? ––– As for the rest of my marketing, I've got a mix of things coming up – including a few small product launches and my annual celebration of the Vaults in December. My plan is to keep my YouTube channel and Instagram going while I'm off (batched content, repurposed content, etc) while continuing to experiment with personal content (if I feel up for it, of course). All of this is powered by my wonderful team, a project management tool, and whatever I can batch before baby girl arrives 😅 Even reading this now makes me laugh a bit... I think I've officially entered my Type B businesswoman era. It's kinda nice... ~ Elise P.S. Ads Vault is dropping soon. Get on the waitlist to be the first to know when it's live. |

It's 4am Saturday night and I wake up to find my 2.5-year-old standing at the edge of our bed. I first thought he must have fallen out of his crib and hurt himself. But no, TZ had figured out how to escape. The next day I asked him to show me his technique. He popped out of his Woolino sleep sack, swung one leg over the crib rail, stepped onto the nearby rocking chair, and climbed down like it was nothing. (With his trusty lion pillow and water bottle in hand, of course.) For months, I'd been...
Last week, I shared my birth story over on Instagram and TikTok, something I've been meaning to do for months but haven't had the headspace for. The response blew me away. Close to 1 million views over on TikTok, people sharing their own birth stories, and thanking me for being real about the hard parts. Now I'm a girl mom. And something I’ve been thinking about lately is that one day, my daughter (we call her Bunny) will hear her own birth story. The real story – including all the fear,...
I was scrolling my FB feed last week, when an ad popped up that actually stopped my scroll: Rachel Rodgers was hosting an event in Barcelona. This never happens, I thought. Most online business events are in the U.S. which I haven't traveled to since 2024. And now there was one right in my city!? I bought a ticket, put my now 3-month-old daughter, Bunny, in her stroller, and wheeled over to the cafe. Rachel called the event "In the Room" and it was about 10 people total, mostly expats, plus a...
